CSA is an initiative of the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), and it is designed to ensure drivers’ safety on the road.
CVSA holds an annual event that targets safety items on trucks during a certain time period. During this 72-hour period, they highlight a certain safety concern and issue violations, and approximately 10,000 CVSA-certified inspectors across North America perform inspections on trucks and buses. The 2016 International Roadcheck will take place June 7-9.
